Returns

The baby shoes can be returned within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, provided they are unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in the original packaging with invoice. Returns without an invoice will not be processed. Postage costs and shipping risk of a return shipment will be borne by the buyer. Refund will take place within 5 working days after receipt of the baby shoes. Returns that are not sufficiently stamped will not be accepted. Products purchased with a discount code or other promotions are not eligible for a refund. These can be exchanged for another product or a voucher.

For an order amount of € 50 or more, no shipping costs
charged. If the total order amount after returning € 50, -
or lower, we are forced to apply retroactively
to charge shipping costs a € 4.95. This amount will be settled
with the amount to be reimbursed.

Warranty conditions

HROS B.V. guarantees that the Attipas meet normal requirements for reliability. If, during normal use, defects occur in the baby shoes, you will receive a new pair of baby shoes free of charge. Damage to baby shoes will only be processed if reported within one day after receipt of the baby shoes. Unstamped returns are not accepted, costs are therefore for the account of the sender. You get a one month warranty on your purchase. The guarantee excludes: discolouration of the baby shoes, general wear and excessive wear as a result of crawling or walking on rough surfaces. You must return baby shoes that are returned for replacement in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice and a clear description of the complaint to:

Baby shoes without an invoice will not be processed.
No claims can be made under the warranty if the defect is caused by:

• Wear through use
• Wear through washing
• if the date on the invoice has been changed or made illegible,
• Moisture, extreme heat, sunlight

Your personal data will not be provided to third parties. HROS B.V only uses this information to make any offers you may have in the future.

All images are shown as well as possible. However, a baby shoe may differ in details. All photos and specifications are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or dissolution of the agreement. No rights can be derived from the colors and dimensions

The prices are subject to typing errors and no rights can be derived from this
